When absorbed, teak oil fills the surface-level pores of the material, providing it with protection from weather and dirt. It strengthens the coated surface without making it slippery (in case of wet weather) or forming a film on the surface.
Oil is suitable for coating wood and leather surfaces both indoors and outdoors. Common applications are uncoated wooden exterior walls, garden furniture, window frames, doors, fences, wood panels and terraces. The surface to be coated should be dry, dust free and clean.
