Solvent-based universal paint Spekter contains alkyd binder and is intended for both indoor and outdoor use on wood and metal surfaces. For example, the paint can be used on doors, window frames and furniture fittings, as well as radiators and other metal constructions. It is also suitable for painting putty surfaces, fibreboards and chipboards, as well as previously painted or uncoated old indoor mineral surfaces. It is a universal paint with a wide usage.
The surface to be painted should be dry, grease free and clean. It is recommended to wash previously painted surfaces with a 3–5% soda solution. Metal surfaces should previously be cleaned of rust and gloss finish surfaces should be dulled.
This paint comes in a selection of 20 gloss finish paint shades and 14 semi-matte finish shades. Shades can be mixed. The white shade can be tinted.
